Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Restock ("Service"), operated by Restock ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service​

Restock is an inventory management tool for coffee shops and similar food and beverage businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

2. Accounts and Organizations​

When you create an account you must provide accurate and complete information. Each subscription is tied to a single organization. You may invite team members to your organization; you are responsible for their use of the Service.

3. Subscription and Billing​

  • Free plan — available indefinitely with limited features.
  • Paid plans — billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
  • Failure to pay will result in downgrade to the free plan.

4. Data and Content​

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use​

You must not:

  • Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond normal API usage
  • Resell or sublicence access to the Service without our written consent

6. Availability and Uptime​

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Current status is available at status.restock.coffee.

7. Termination​

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days; after that it will be deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

8. Disclaimers​

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms​

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
