Users & Permissions
The Users page lets you invite team members and manage their roles within your organization. Access to sensitive features — billing, locations, integrations — is controlled by role.

Inviting a Team Member
Click Invite member and enter their email address. Select a role, then click Send invite. They'll receive an email with a link to create their account and join your organization.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, integrations, locations, all inventory |
| Admin | Inventory management, users, and most settings — no billing access |
| Member | View and submit inventory — cannot change settings |
Changing a Role
Click the role badge next to any team member to open the role selector. Changes take effect immediately.
Removing a Member
Click the ... menu on a member's row and select Remove. The member loses access immediately. Their historical activity (form submissions, approvals) is preserved in the audit log.
Pending Invites
Invites that haven't been accepted yet appear at the top of the list with a Pending badge. You can resend or cancel a pending invite from the ... menu.
